In our communities, we often focus on exploring the shadow side of ourselves: finding hidden areas of improvement and confronting emergent difficulties that dog us. In this workshop, we'll talk about what to do with the results of your shadow work and self improvement -- how to put what you've learned into action to help yourself, your family, and your community. This workshop includes a kinetic activity (participants can remain seated), journaling (please bring your journal!), and a take-home meditation for future development.
